Error description

• The following message may be seen after updating LNKLST
  via the command SETPROG LNKLST UPDATE
  
  IGGN510I 00000006,00000004,01055782,nn,CLOSE SERVICE ERROR
  where nn corresponds to the concatenation number of the data set
  in the linklist.
  
  The 01055782 reason-code translates to JCDM_DISCONNECT_DEFERRED
  and indicates the disconnect will be deferred because of an
  outstanding file connection.

Problem conclusion

• Corrected PDSE end of task handling to properly cleanup all
  outstanding member connections for a task, preventing a member
  connection from being orphaned. Also prevented an uninitialized
  variable from incorrectly hiding such errors.
