Error description

• TEST_FIELD_VALUE and TEST_FIELD_BASE_VALUE fields shown as
  UTF-8 value for compliance TEST results.
  This occurs when the value of the original field is UTF-8, e.g.
  DB2 related data.

  When a TEST_FIELD_VALUE and TEST_FIELD_BASE_VALUE field values
  (AU.R compliance reporting, newlist type COMPLIANCE) are in
  UTF-8 encoding (like DB2 object names), the zSecure Audit
  displays these fields without conversion to EBCDIC so that
  unprintable characters are displayed in such fields.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Audit has been modified so that it performs the UTF-8 ->
  EBCDIC translation for TEST_FIELD_VALUE and
  TEST_FIELD_BASE_VALUE field values if needed.
