APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If the way the remote client is terminated causes a 'forced
detach' of the CKRCARLA instead of a set of regular file close
requests, the CKRCARLA ESTAE receives an abend 13E. Currently
the ALLOC CLEANUP is handled at an ESTAE retry address. But an
13E abend is not eligible for retry, so the SETRP request to
retry at the cleanup address is not honored by the RTM.
