Error description

• Message IEC294A should be MULTI LINE, but is not.
  This was introduced by OA53955, but the manuals
  were not updated by the time the feature was
  available. Temporary documentation is available at

  Also loop in IGC00020. This loop was seen after cancelling a
  TSO user in ISPF 3.4 processing with a generic volume.
