Error description

  • Abend 018A in module BHIP1CCW with reason code 3BF20101 in Reg.
0 and reason code 10 in reg. 15.

3BF20101 - A program check occurred when the paging services was
accessing the caller's service list (SL) entry.

10 - The input ECB, TCB, or PSL/SSL failed validity checks.

    ANALYSIS:
Register 3: If branch entry, caller's return address.
Register 4: If LIST-FORMAT entry, address of the caller's
erroneous page service list entry (PSL)
Register 11: If LIST-FORMAT entry, address of the caller's first
    PSL/SSL entry.

BHIP1CCW issues the ?PGSER macro with a FIX or FREE using a PSL.
If the frame backing the PSL is stolen, a page fault can be
encountered leading to the abend. This is more likely to occur
on a system that is memory constrained.

    VERIFICATION STEPS:
In syslog, check for a PGM that is on the same page as
    the PSL
