Error description

• In z/OS MVS SYSTEM CODES (SA38-0665), chapter 2 "System
  completion codes", under abend DC2, reason code 00AF is
  described as "AFFINITY=SYSTEM was not specified for a common
  memory object."  In fact, this should be reason code 00AD, not
  00AF.
  

Local fix

• Reason code 00AD has the above meaning.

Problem conclusion

• In z/OS MVS SYSTEM CODES, chapter 2 "System
  completion codes", under abend DC2, reason code 00AF is
  changed to 00AD to correctly describe the condition:
  "AFFINITY=SYSTEM was not specified for a common
  memory object."
