OA56130: EXTRA BLANK SPACE IN $HASP165 MESSAGE ISSUED VIA NOTIFY JCL STATEMENT

Error description

• Within a $HASP165 message generated from a NOTIFY JCL statement,
  there is an extra blank at the end after "JCL ERROR" or
  "ABENDED ... U0000"
  
  Incorrect output:
    ...ENDED AT nnn - JCL ERROR ',LOGON...
    ...- ABENDED Snnn Unnnn '...
  Expected output:
    ...ENDED AT nnn - JCL ERROR',LOGON...
    ...- ABENDED Snnn Unnnn'...
  
  ANALYSIS:
  Code in HASCSRJB near label MBLJCLER increments the text pointer
  by 12 when appending the '- JCL ERROR' piece to our $HASP165
  output message. The length should be 11.
  
  The same problem occurs near label MBLABFMT for the ABENDED
  case.
  
  KNOWN IMPACT:
  $HASP165 message will have an extra blank when output via the
  NOTIFY JCL statement in some cases.
  
  VERIFICATION STEPS:
  1. JCL with NOTIFY statement fails due to a JCL ERROR or ABEND.
  
  2. $HASP165 message issued has an extra blank after "JCL ERROR"
     or "ABENDED ... Unnnn" in SYSLOG
  
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS:
  Other instances of $HASP165 can be issued with extra spaces
  embedded such as the following:
  $HASP165 IZUSASEC ENDED AT N1  MAXCC=0000',LOGON,USER=(LIU)
