APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When SE.1 is used to specify a CKNSERVE remote RACF database, on
  a brand new zSecure user id, RA.U still executes the commands
  locally, without CKNSERVE.
  The new user must first look at the command routing option, by
  going through SE.4 and pressing Enter, before the command
  routing defaults are actually used.

  When zSecure Admin users define a remote RACF source via the
  SE.1 option, the software executes the generated commands for a
  remote system on a local system disregarding command
  routing configuration (option SE.4).
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin has been modified so that the generated commands
  for a remote system are properly executed on that remote system.
