  • When a counter in a report exceeds approximately 2 billion,
    incorrect output is observed (blanks, question marks, or bad
    counts).
    
    Counters for SUM, FREQ, and SUMCOUNT in CKR8Z196 will be updated
    to be 64-bit counters

    When a statistics value (SUM, FREQ, AND/OR SUMCOUNT) exceeds 2
    billion, the zSecure Admin/Audit displays incorrect values for
    these statistics in 64-bit mode.
    

Problem conclusion

  • zSecure Admin/Audit has been modified so that SUM, FREQ, AND
    SUMCOUNT statistics produce correct results for values exceeding
    2 billion. Please review the incompatibility statement provided
    by the APAR tracking comment data.
