Error description

• Customer is reporting when using Panel EV.U and selecting the
  "Output in print format", the formatting of the output is
  incorrect. Specifically the SERVAUTH POE: and Application:
  reside on the same line.

  When the 'Output in print format' option is checked, zSecure
  Admin/Audit generates incorrectly formatted reports where the
  'SERVAUTH POE' fields is placed between the 'Terminal' and
  'Application' fields.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin/Audit has been modified so that the 'SERVAUTH POE'
  field is placed on a separate line (if not empty) after the
  'Terminal'/'Application' fields.
