  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The MVS System DEVSERV QDASD command                         *
  * with QHA option allows users to query                        *
  * host access information for a volume.                        *
  *                                                              *
  * With this APAR and APAR OA54278 the DS                       *
  * QDASD QHA command will now display the                       *
  * system name in addition to the sysplex                       *
  * name for each Path Group entry.  If the                      *
  * system or sysplex name is not available                      *
  * a value of N/A will be displayed.                            *

  PARAMETERS:
  
  QHA
    Query Host Access parameter is used to request host access
    information returned for a CKD volume.  The host access
    information includes list of Path Group IDs or systems
    that have a device grouped (online), ungrouped(offline),
    or reserved.  In addition, the Path Status Flags, z/OS
    z/OS Sysplex name, and Maximum number of Cylinders per
    per Volume supported by the host are also returned for
    each Path Group entry.
  
    Sub-parameters:
  
    HEX
      Specifies the host access information data acquired
      directly from the control unit to be displayed in
      hexadecimal format.
  
    ONLINE or ON and OFFLINE or OFF
      Directs the system to display only those Path Group
      entries that have the volume online (grouped) or
      offline (ungrouped).  If ONLINE and OFFLINE are not
      specified, all Path Group entries are displayed.
  
    RESERVED or RSV
      Directs the system to display only those Path Group
      entries that have the volume reserved.
