Error description

• ls -ali   returns invalid values for 'total'
  Ex.
  
  A newly created and empty zFS shows:
  DCESVPI:/SYSTEM/etc/> ls -ali /etc/zfsmnt_testv4a
  total 3569877056
      1 drwxr-xr-x   2 0        SYS1        8192 Oct 10 11:56 .
      3 drwxrwxrwx  91 0        SYS1       24576 Oct 10 11:58 .
  
  ls -aks on the same shows '.' has invalid block count
  DCESVPI:/SYSTEM/etc/> ls -aks /etc/zfsmnt_testv4a
  total 1784938528

  The number of blocks for a file or directory  are taken
  from a field in the anode. For files we add to this
  the reserved blocks in the vnode extension. We also
  need to add the reserved blocks which are pending
  updates to the anode.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix has been added to the update the block calculation
  to correct the total blocks value displayed.
