Error description

• CKG987I, CKG989I, CKG983I messages issued with valid command
  and operands after applying OA52898.
  When the zSecure CKGRACF component processes a USER command it
  issues MSGCKG987I, MSGCKG989I, MSGCKG983I, and MSGCKG718I
  (syntax errors) while processing a valid USER command.
  This occurs after applying the PTFs for APAR OA52898.
