When using zSecure Alert or zSecure Access Monitor, ABEND073
RC08 can be seen in other components.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Alert started task (C2POLICE)   *
*                      might issue ABEND073 when running on    *
*                      busy systems.                           *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided.                      *
****************************************************************
When zSecure Alert started task (C2POLICE) is running on busy
systems, it might issue ABEND073 (SETLOCK service error).

Problem conclusion

  • zSecure Alert started task has been modified so that no ABEND073
is issued when the program is running on busy systems.
