    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Admin/Audit might issue *
    *                      MSGCKR999I while processing DB2         *
    *                      resource reports.                       *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided. *
    ****************************************************************
    When zSecure Admin/Audit processes DB2 resource reports it might
    issue MSGCKR999I which begins with the text
    "STORAGE SHORTAGE ..." in cases where there are large amount of
    DB2 tables stored in a CKFREEZE which are loaded in the storage
    even when a DB2 related report does not require them.

Problem conclusion

  • zSecure Admin/Audit has been modified so that the amount of
    storage used by DB2 related reports is reduced by filtering out
    DB2 tables information which is not required for the reports.
