APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When D ETR is issued by a system running on a single server
  STP-only CTN the insert THIS IS THE PREFERRED TIME SERVER is
  not included and insert NUMBER OF USABLE TIMING LINKS =  0
  is incorrectly included. The number of timing links is not
  relevant for a stratum 1 server.
  
  For the reported problem, the D ETR output was
