    ****************************************************************
    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The zSecure Access Monitor started task *
    * might consume an excessive amount of *
    * the central processor time on systems *
    * equipped with the IBM z Systems *
    *                      Integrated Information Processor(s)     *

    When the zSecure Access Monitor started task is running on
    systems equipped with the IBM z Systems Integrated Information
    Processor(s) (zIIP), it still uses an excessive amount of the
    central processor time.

Problem conclusion

  • zSecure Access Monitor started task has been modified so that
    the amount of central processor time used by the software is
    reduced on systems equipped with IBM z Systems Integrated
    Information Processor(s) (zIIP). Please note the documentation
    changes as provided by the APAR tracking comment data.
