Error description

  • When using option RE.C.T to run a report on CICS transactions,
    if certain BMC applications are installed, the BMC COPI
    transaction will show up in the report as a Category 3
    transaction. This is not correct

    The security category (field CATEGORY for the newlist type
    CICS_TRANSACTION) might be incorrectly reported as CAT3 for
    some CICS transactions (for example, the BMC 'COPI'
    transaction).
    

Problem conclusion

  • zSecure Audit has been modified so that the CICS transaction
    security category is reported correctly.
