  When a user has a password phrase and no password, it is
  displayed in the PWNONE (users that have no password because
  they have another means of authentication) report.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin/Audit has been modified so that users having a
  password phrase and no passwords are not shown in the PWNONE
  report. Please note the documentation changes as provided in the
  APAR tracking comment data.
