  • zSecure Collect (CKFCOLL) reports error messages when
    collecting CA-Disk information, for example:
    CKF161I 08 DMSFILES error: RBA 004D5376 not found on block
    boundary, at RBA 0050BE66 rel trk 94 R2
    CKF162I 08 DMSFILES error: missed block(s) starting at RBA
    004D5376

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Collect might issue MSGCKF161I  *
    *                      followed by MSGCKF162I.                 *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided.                      *
    ****************************************************************
    zSecure Collect might issue MSGCKF161I which begins with the
    text "DMSFILES error: RBA <address> not found on block
    boundary..." followed by MSGCKF162I which begins with the text
    "DMSFILES error: missed block(s)...".
    

Problem conclusion

  • zSecure Collect has been modified so that MSGCKF161I followed
    by MSGCKF162I are no longer issued.
