of the Access Monitor exits is impacted due to the time taken
to scan for a free storage area.

With the zSecure Access Monitor started task (C2PACMON) active,
in very busy environments with fragmented ECSA, there might be
performance issues related to the extended amount of processing
time taken by this software component.

Problem conclusion

  • zSecure Access Monitor has been modified to improve performance
in environments with fragmented ECSA.
