Error description

• When zSecure Alert processes WTO messages that were issued
  using the option MCSFLAG(NOTIME) an abend might occur in
  C2PIORTN, for example 0C7, ABEND0C7 followed by 0C4, ABEND0C4
  in CKRMAIN.

  When a WTO with MCSFLAG(NOTIME) argument is issued, the zSecure
  Alert started task fails to process it and issues an ABEND0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Alert has been modified so that WTOs with the
  MCSFLAG(NOTIME) argument do not cause the zAlert started task to
  ABEND0C4.
