  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: CICS TG regions are not monitored when  *
  *                      they start on an IP address other than  *
  *                      the one on which agent is active.       *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The OMEGAMON code does not generate a null-terminated
  host name or IP address resulting in one of the following
  messages being written to the RKGWSLOG which shows the agent's
  failure to connect with a CICS TG:
  
  If bind address is omitted from the INCLUDE= statement in
  RKANPARU configuration member KGWSAPIP, the following error
  message is issued:
  
  KGWSPI27E The connection attempt was refused,
  Return Code -135. Bind=LOCALHOST
  
  If bind address is not omitted from the INCLUDE= statement,
  the following error message is issued:
  
  KGWSPI26E The hostname was not resolved to a valid IP address
  Return Code -132. Bind=cccccccc
  

Problem conclusion

• The OMEGAMON XE for CICS TG code was changed to pass a
  null-terminated host name or IP address to the Statistics
  API.
  
  A new REASON was added to the text for existing message:
  
  KGW0761W: CONFIGURATION FILE PROCESSING ERROR:
  REASON=BIND ADDRESS TRUNCATED TO 127 CHARACTERS
