Error description

• When routing RACF commands to another system with only trailing
  blanks overflowing to the next line, the empty line is omitted
  from the JCL inlined data, leaving the concatenation character
  appending two commands together
  

Local fix

• Manually remove continuation character of generated RACF
  commands with only trailing blanks following on the next line.

  When the CKRCMD data set generated by zSecure Admin contains
  commands that are exactly 71 characters long and are submitted
  as a batch job, the generated JCL contains incorrectly formatted
  commands that might fail to execute.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin has been modified so that the generated JCL to
  run the commands stored in the CKRCMD file is formatted
  correctly.
