• Message IEC150I is being issued for an ABEND913 RC38:

  The ABEND913-38 is issued from IGC0001I for a TSO/E batch job.
  The failing OPEN request originates in module IKJEFTP1.
  
  Message ICH408I is also being issued.

• Contact TSO/E L2 to request ++APAR AA50233 for HTE77A0, HTE7790,
  or HTE7780 to provide immediate relief.
  

Problem summary

  After the PTF for TSO/E APAR OA48263 is installed and activated,
  batch jobs or started tasks that invoke the TSO/E TMP IKJEFT01
  for a user with no TSO segment could see the following error:

Problem conclusion
