APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When deleting a user, RACF tries to update for example the
SYS1.BRODCAST data set. When this fails, other side effects
might occur. When executing commands against an Offline RACF
database, other system data sets should not be affected.

Local fix

  • Allocate private copy of brodcast dataset to SYSLBC.
