OA49078: WHEN A SYSTEM IS STOPPED AND RESTARTED THE XCF SYSTEMJOIN IS ONLY SEEN IN ONE SA LPAR AND NOT THE OTHER LPAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer stops one system in a plex and then restarts it. The
  XCF systemjoin is seen only by one SA lpar in the plex and not
  the other.  The SA that recognizes the systemjoin issues
    AOFRRRES: ACTION=SYSTEMJOIN SYSNAME=SYSN RES_BACK
  But that message is not seen in the second SA lpar.

Problem conclusion

• Module INGPXGRP has been modified to make sure that the SYSJOIN
  event is scheduled to the Communication Manager.
