    * USERS AFFECTED: All users of DFSMS who are also using        *
    *                 Extended Remote Copy (XRC) or                *
    *                 Global Mirror (GM).                          *
    ****************************************************************
    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: BLDL and DESERV channel programs that   *
    *                      are used to read PDS directory blocks   *
    *                      contain a file mask which does not      *
    *                      inhibit all writes, even though no      *
    *                      write operations are performed. Under   *
    *                      very rare conditions, these channel     *
    *                      programs could cause XRC or GM to       *
    *                      report a timestamp later than the       *
    *                      timestamp of the last actual write.     *

Problem conclusion
