  • - The HiperDispatch park/unpark algorithm now considers the
  processor topology information of the vertical low (VL)
  processors.

- For IBM z13 and above hardware only: the HiperDispatch
  park/unpark algorithm now considers the average VL processor
  utilization when un-parking VLs due to available processor
  free capacity (white space).
