OA47441: EXAMINE INDEXTEST DATATEST GIVES IDC11724I RC=8 INSTEAD OF RC=4 FOR MINOR INDEX ERRORS

Error description

• EXAMINE INDEXTEST DATATEST gives the following errors and
  ends with RC=8.  This is a minor error and we should get
  RC=4 if INDEXTEST and DATATEST are run together.
  
  for the INDEXTEST -
  IDC11724I DATA COMPONENT CA NOT KNOWN TO SEQUENCE SET
  RC=4
  for the DATATEST -
  IDC11724I DATA COMPONENT CA NOT KNOWN TO SEQUENCE SET
  IDC21703I MAJOR ERRORS FOUND BY DATATEST
  and gives RC=8 for entire EXAMINE job.
  
  The KSDS has nothing structurally wrong with it and processing
  will be the same in all cases. For the INDEX, a DSSPRINT shows
  the following correct seq. forward pointers:
  4DB----> 21A0---> 4DC .
  There is no Level2 pointer, to point to CI #21A0. You will get
  the same result if you read the KSDS Sequentially or do DIRECT
  READ to a record in CI #21A0.
  
  When INDEXTEST and DATATEST are run together, EXAMINE should be
  able to recognize that there is no structural damage and set the
  return code to 4.
