Error description

• During processing, a client may encounter an IEA074I message.
  This message has several insert options ranging from moderate to
  acute severity.  To differentiate the level of potential
  exposure, one must specifically review the MC value in the
  message text:
  
  MC=cc
      The message code indicating the health of the storage
      controller. cc is one of the following:
  
      00-3F
          Moderate severity
  
      40-BF
          Serious severity
  
      C0-FF
          Acute severity
  
  IEA074I should move from an Information message to an Error
  message, e.g. IEA074E, appropriately.  Alternatively, an
  entirely new message may be considered to accomplish the same
  objective.
  

Local fix

• Review the specific message text and allow automation to key off
  of MC values for additional warnings.

  (IEA076E) and another for Critical (IEA077A) Storage Controller
  health issues. Existing message number will still be used for
  Moderate (IEA074I) Storage Controller health issues.
