Additional Symptom observered after the ABEND for some Groups in
Mirror status.

Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abend S0C4 in GZDVTOC +11E4             *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply PTF and WARM start the servers.        *
****************************************************************
GZDVTOC lookup table address can be accessed when set to zero
if multiple GZDSSLM tasks operate on the same DWGDEV.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This apar serializes the DWGDEV VTOC lookup rebuild process
and reduces the number of times the VTOC lookup table is
rebuilt.
