Error description

• EZZ4308I CODE 80103016 for activation of TCPIP LCS device.
  Trace showed ACT_SAP for iQDIO device was just failed with
  code 8010006F on the same dispatch of the LLRM PAB.

  The above failure occurs starting a TCPIP LCS device.  Once this
  failure occurs, the LCS device cannot be started without a VTAM
  re-start.  The VTAM internal trace (option CIA) showed that a
  prior activation request for an iQDIO device (DYNAMICXCF
  configured) failed immediately before the LCS device failure.
  The iQDIO device failure is expected since there were no iQDIO
  devices defined.  The subsequent LCS device activation failure
  was unexpected.  Diagnosis revealed that a local variable which
  holds a return code contained a non-zero value from the prior
  iQDIO failure.  This caused the subsequent activation failure
  for the LCS device to fail activation.
  

Problem conclusion

• IUTLLCRM - Segment DOTIPAC has been corrected to unconditionally
  clear the RCODE variable for each new IUTIL request.
