Error description

• There is a memory leak issue when manipulating queue messages
  via the MQ agent. The memory leak can occur for the QMMSG_STAT,
  QMMSG_SUM and QMMSG_DATA attribute groups.
  
  If these attribute groups are frequently used in your site,
  you will discover the storage block in size 385-416 keeps
  increasing in the KLVSD004 messages.

  Incorrect address is passed to the routine that frees the
  temporary work storage used by the table agent code for these
  attribute groups.
