    The following zEDC performance data will be collected across the
    entire set of PCIE Functions (PFIDs):
      . Total number of zEDC compression and decompression requests,
        both supervisor and problem state.
      . Total number of Problem State zEDC compression and
        decompresion requests
      . Total queue time in microseconds
      . Total execute time in microseconds
      . Deflate Statistics for the number of bytes of uncompressed
        input and compressed output
      . Inflate Statistics for the number of bytes of compressed
        input and uncompressed output
    
    
    The following document is updated with the SMF30 zEDC Usage
    Statistics information.

    Under the section "Record Type 30 (1E)  Common Address Space
    Work, Record Mapping  Header/self-defining section",
    add the zEDC Usage Statistics triplet fields which are located
    in the header/self-defining section, and then
    add the zEDC Usage Statistics section.

    This section contains various counters for the zEDC Usage
    statistics for the period that the record represents.
    This section is only produced when zEDC Compression and
    Decompression activities occur during the period.
    
    Triplet Information: This section is located on the record using
    the following triplet fields, which are located in the
    header/self-defining section:
    
    Offset  SMF30USO - Offset of zEDC Usage Statistics section
    
    Length  SMF30USL - Length of zEDC Usage Statistics section
    
    Number  SMF30USN - Reports the number of zEDC Usage Statistics
                       sections on the current record. This can be
                       0, indicating the zEDC Usage Statistics
