  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of RRS at HBB7770 and above.           *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Users SyncPoint exits need to be able   *
  *                      to distinguish between calls made by    *
  *                      SyncPoints initiated by CTXENDC         *
  *                      processing invoked implicitly by task   *
  *                      or address space termination and calls  *
  *                      of the service made explicitly by a     *
  *                      Resource Manager.                       *
  *                      .                                       *
  *                      Currently the CTXENDC sourced SyncPoint *
  *                      is signalled by the setting of the      *
  *                      existing 'ATRXFlagTerminatingSyncpoint' *
  *                      flag on the exit parmlist.              *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Update the RRS SyncPoint exit parmlist flags option to
  include a new flag "ATRXFlagTerminatingSP_TERM" which
  indicates that the current CTXENDC initiated SyncPoint
  was started implicitly (by thread termination processing).
  .
  This existence and validity of checking this new flag is
  signalled by the setting of a new RRS setting flag being
  set in the ATRRINST installed functions block
  (ATRTerminatingSP_TERMSupport) which is anchored at ECVTRINS.
  .
  This new flag will be set when the termination conditions
  are proper and the existing "terminating SncPoint" flag is set.
  If the existing terminating flag is NOT set then this new flag
  has no meaning and should be turned off.
