Problem conclusion

• Unicode Services now supports CCSID 1175
  "EBCDIC Turkey with Euro and Turkish Lira"
  
  and the following new conversions for 1175.
  
  For V1R13:
      Conversion between 1175 and 1155
      Conversion between 1175 and 1200
      Conversion between 1175 and 21680
  
  For V2R1:
      Conversion between 1175 and 1155
      Conversion between 1175 and 1200
      Conversion between 1175 and 21680
      Conversion between 1175 and 42160
  
  The Unicode validation support has also been updated to include
  the Turkish Lira and other added characters.
