OA39517: ZDMF GROUP IN DIVERT UNABLE TO COMPLETE

• zDMF group in DIVERT can not move to COMPLETE phase.

  When a known zDMF host system is IPLed on a different CPU a
  duplicate host entry gets created in the zDMF data base file.
  Depending on the new CPUid this may lead to a situation where
  an incorrect entry is selected to update the internal host
  system structure. The invalid host entry did not reflect the
  proper completion status on the respective system and prevented
  the entire group from completion.
  

Problem conclusion

• When zDMF is started it now checks whether a host entry with
  a different host ID already exists in the data base. In case
  there has been a change of the CPU id zDMF deletes that entry
  before it continues execution.
