  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  
  When monitoring log events from an agent, and the event rate is
  very high, multiple events can be merged into a single buffer by
  proxy before they can be sent to the data server.  If the event
  rate is high enough, the buffer can grow large enough to cause a
  Monitoring Server crash.
  
  
  RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS:
  
  The crash is very difficult to recreate.

  If a UTF-8 column is part of the situation formula, this may
  cause the situation formula to get a parsing error. As a
  result, the event does not get sent from the hub monitoring
  server to the Omnibus/TEC Event server.
  

Problem conclusion

• Ensure that all UTF-8 parts of the formula get parsed
  correctly.
