Error description

• While collecting DVIPA data if the TCPIP stack comes down
  between polling intervals and then a polling interval time
  occurs, an ABENDU0258 may occur along with the following
  messages:
  DWO025I INTERNAL ERROR IN MODULE FKXPDV7A, FUNCTION = SENDMAST
  DWO050E FOR PROBLEM DEBUG:  COMPONENT: DVIPA  MODULE: FKXPDV7A
    RC: 29 AIFR001 NO_DATA

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When a DVIPA polling interval for DVTAD data collection occurs
  following a TCP/IP stack termination, FKXPDV7A is driven as
  usual expecting to collect DVTAD data. However, because certain
  counters used by FKXPDV7A are not being reset between FKXPDV7A
  calls, FKXPDV7A drives code that expects data to be present.
  When this code doesn't find the expected data, it issues the
  258 user abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• FKXPDV7A is being changed to reset the counters necessary to
  prevent the 258 abend when a TCP/IP stack terminates between
  FKXPDV7A calls.
