Error description

• Using zSecure Admin for RACF ISPF option RA.4.6 and recreate
  user function, no answer is provided and many messages like the
  following are seen in the sysprint:
  
  CKR0187 12 Field XXXXX1 value string type not supported -''. at
  CKR1CKR line 4
  
  This occurs when the user is not defined in the input source.
  The input source could be either the RACF Database or a RACF
  unload file.

  If the requested UID is not defined in the input source,
  incorrect CARLa statements, with no user ID, are created which
  causes the CKR0187 message to be issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• The ISPF panel logic has been updated to used the supplied UID
  even if it is no located in the input source.
