  • Problem : SOAP queries do not return data from agents connected
    to RTEMS when <target> is not specified
    
    
    Customer is at ITM 6.2.2 FP)4 and the platform is Windows 2004
    
    The following query returns no rows but the query is success

    This can be created on any local environemnt. The logs are in
    ecurep (PMR 42181,001,866)
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • SOAP queries to agents connected to RTEMS do not return data if
    <target> is not specified in the query.
    A query like this one:
    
    <CT_Get>
    <userid>sysadmin</userid>
    <password>xxxxxx</password>
    <object>NT_Logical_Disk</object>
    </CT_Get>
    
    will return data only for agents connected to HUB TEMS and not
    for the agents connected to RTEMS.
