Local fix
Problem summary
SOAP queries to agents connected to RTEMS do not return data if <target> is not specified in the query. A query like this one: <CT_Get> <userid>sysadmin</userid> <password>xxxxxx</password> <object>NT_Logical_Disk</object> </CT_Get> will return data only for agents connected to HUB TEMS and not for the agents connected to RTEMS.
