• Have coded mib thresholding  (mibvar1, mibvarx) for AON
  actmon.  When the actmon kicks off to check resource status,
  it loops with messages:

          RECOVERY INITIATED
  EZL504I resource IS AVAILABLE
  FKX501I resource HAS RECOVERED - RECOVERY TREMINATED

  During MIB thresholding failure processing, the necessary checks
  to determine whether the failing resource has been restored to
  normal status are not being made. The code assumes the resource
  has been restored to normal status and redrives active
  monitoring. Active monitoring detects the resource as still
  being down and redrives failure processing. This loop continues
  until the resource is restored to normal status.
  

Problem conclusion

• The necessary checks to determine whether the failing resource
  has been restored to normal status during MIB thresholding
  failure processing are being added. This will prevent the loop.
