Error description

• When a 0A30(SVC 30)is executed the flags indicate a UCB is being
  passed and the UCB Address is all zero's. This causes CICS to
  abend with an abendS430. CICHD000 PLX is not setting up the DEQ
  (SVC30) correctly.

  In the reported problem, a REXX EXPORT command was issued by
  The REXX Runtime facility running on the CICS Transaction
  Server for z/OS.
                                                                 .
  The EXPORT command has a 'target' parameter which is the name
  of an allocated MVS dataset.  However, the dataset did not
  exist. As a consequence, the UCB ( Unit Control Block )
  pointer at offset x'C' in the parameter list for the SVC 30 was
  null.  This caused the SVC to fail.  An abendAKEB was issued
  and CICS terminated.
  

Problem conclusion

• Module CICHD000 has been modified to bypass the aforementioned
  SVC 30 call if the Unit Control Block pointer is null.
  

Temporary fix

• FIX AVAILABLE BY PTF ONLY
