Error description

• When attempting to start HSM with a multi-volume EF/EA MCDS with
  compaction specified in the data class, HSM fails startup with
  the following messages:

   DFSMShsm fails when attempting to perform GETIX
  on MCDS to force I/O to MCDS to complete RESERVE/ENQ processing.
  This is performed in CSECT ARCCDSLK. The GETIX fails with RC=RC8
  and REASON CODE=REAS x'68'.
  
   According to VSAM experts:
  
  The reason for the rpl error code 30080068 is that if you are
  doing CNV processing  (control interval processing)
  for a compressed data set, the ONLY commands you can do are
  VERIFY and VERIFY REFRESH
  

Local fix

• Reallocate the MCDS to a data class that does not specify
  compaction and restart DFSMShsm
