Comments

• This APAR provides toleration for the ZIIPENABLE(FULL) keyword
  introduced by APAR OA31261/OA33715.
  The ZIIPENABLE(FULL) keyword, if specified in a
  SYS1.PARMLIB(ANTXIN00) parameter library shared between R1.9
  and higher level systems, will be accepted and converted to
  ZIIPENABLE(YES) on the R1.9 system. All higher system levels
  will use the ZIIPENABLE(FULL) keyword.
