  • The Incident log data sets, related to a given incident,
that were created on a system running a different
z/OS release, may not be deleted.

* USERS AFFECTED: z/OSMF Incident Log users in a mixed         *
*                        release plex.                         *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The names of data sets created on       *
*                      behalf of Incident Log processing,      *
*                      have changed at z/OS V1R12. Other       *
*                      systems in the plex will not be         *
*                      able to delete these data sets          *
*                      if they are not at                      *
*                      the z/OS V1R12 release level.           *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
This fix will allow the deletion of all data sets
created on behalf of z/OSMF Incident processing at
z/OS V1R12, from a V1R10 and V1R11 release system in the plex.
