  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When portmapper is used to find the     *
  *                      port number for the designated event    *
  *                      server, sending an event from the       *
  *                      E/AS MESSAGEA (message adapter) task    *
  *                      to the event server fails with message  *
  *                      IHS0192I Message Adapter: Server        *
  *                      connections are suspended.              *
  *                      Message "EZA4339E RPC: Timed out" may   *
  *                      also be present with IHS0192I.  The     *
  *                      status of the MESSAGEA task may toggle  *
  *                      between UP and GETPORT.                 *
  *                      The ALERTA (alert adapter) task may     *
  *                      also experience with the same failure   *
  *                      if portmapper is used.                  *

  In ihsaacom.C, the IP address passed to the tec_get_port
  function is 0 instead of the correct IP address.  tec_get_port
  cannot successfully get the port number from IP address 0.
  

Problem conclusion

• ihsaacom.C is being changed so the correct IP address is passed
  to the tec_get_port function.
