Error description

• This APAR contains the APARs closed against SA z/OS V3.1 that
  did not make on the SA 3.2 PID tape due to the code freeze
  prior to the shipment, including OA23664.

  *                      been integrated into SA V3R2:           *

  *                      OA23406, OA23473, OA23135, OA23691,     *
  *                      OA23505, OA23470, OA23601, OA23447,     *
  *                      and OA23923.                            *
