OA22937: CUSTOMER IS GETTING MESSAGE STOW DELETE I/O ERROR WHEN USING MOVE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer is getting message STOW DELETE I/O ERROR when using
  MOVE option in ISPF (3.3) for members in a PDSE.
  This error happens only when the member to be moved is from/to
  the same PDSE.

  ISPF is not setting a flag to indicate whether the member being
  moved is a load module. This causes problems during the MOVE.
  

Problem conclusion

• ISPF is changed to correctly set the flag to show whether a
  member is a load module or not.
